THE HEART BEHIND THE WORK.
For John Ferreira, flooring is not simply a job. It is a craft he genuinely loves and a responsibility he takes personally.
John created Accolade Flooring around the kind of experience he believes every customer deserves: honest communication, careful workmanship and respect for the customer’s home, property and vision.
Before beginning a project, he takes time to listen. He wants to understand how the space is used, what the customer likes and what they hope the finished floor will look and feel like. He explains the options clearly and works with each customer to find a solution that makes sense for the property.
John is closely involved throughout the work and pays attention to the small details that shape the final result. Whether he is refinishing one room or completing a larger home, rental or commercial project, his goal remains the same: to leave the floor looking its absolute best and the customer genuinely happy with the transformation.
Flooring is also something John talks about long after the workday ends. He enjoys learning about the craft, discussing different finishes and finding ways to improve each project. His enthusiasm is not something created for the business—it is simply part of who he is.
